  • Left the floors looking like new! I thought I we were going to have to accept the building's older floors they way they were or have to get them completely redone. An actual prodeastional came by- not a salesman-reviewed the area and what I was hoping to have done. He let me know which services would be required and which he did not recommend, both with their reasons why. They gave me a rough quote on the spot and I requested a formal one. I received the formal contracted quote by the end of the day. The price was a little less than the other quotes I had received, and more in our budget. We had limited access to the area while they were working, but they offered working in sections to decrease the area of effect. They were on schedule each day. They even included in the quote the cost to move furniture out of the rooms, ensuring that we didn't scratch the floors putting them back and removing the need if a second company to move things. They would not, however, move electronics, but that was something simple we took care of. When the job was done, they more than met expectations!
